A high energy class using a  mix of Aerobic/ Cardio Intervals combined with Strength Training in the form of  body weight and other props to burn the
maximum amount of fat and calories while building muscle.  This is a FULL body workout!

Barre-Excite!
Its non-impact and great for all fitness levels.

This unique class integrates the fat-burning format of interval training, the muscle shaping technique of isometrics, the elongating principals of dance
conditioning, and the science of physical therapy to create a workout that reshapes your entire body. Featuring a BLEND of Ballet Barre work, Pilates
Strength, and Yoga Flexability.  Specific focus on Abs, Thighs, and Buns for the lower body combined with light resisitance work for a SLEEK upper
body.

BY COMBINING INTERVALS OF  CARDIOVASCULAR AND STRENGTH EXERCISES IN THE
FORM OF FITNESS DRILLS, PLYOMETRICS, AND  RESISTANCE/ WEIGHT TRAINING YOU
ARE GUARANTEED A WORKOUT THAT DELIVERS THE RESULTS….

STROLLER BABES
*** Designed for Expectant Moms or  with little ones.  

It is a 45 minute Total Body Workout.  Class is focused on Power Walking, Running (for
those able), Strength, and Toning.  Park Structures, Trails, Various Resistance Equipment
(bands, balls, dumbells, your own bodyweight, your child, and of course your stroller will all
be utilized during classes.
You
DO NOT have to have a stroller or little one in tow to participate.  But exercises are
geared toward new or expectant Moms.  You just need the desire to get in shape before
or after baby; wether that was 6 weeks ago or 5 years ago!
