For decades, women and men have been spending their
weekends trying to complete a week long project in just a 2
days.  These crazy people are called WEEKEND
WARRIORS.  Some may find their method ludicrous but I
admire these people.  Even if they don’t get it done…they are
completing a huge chunk of it!  I applaud them!  Hence, I am
going to have a WARRIOR WEEKEND of my own.  A  
fitness weekend…3 days of exercise to get you started on the
right track.  To begin to tackle your fitness goals.  A shove in
the right direction.  Here is some information.

FITNESS CHALLANGE

COMING IN JANUARY 2012

Thursday Evening-  Meet and Greet:  Overview of weekend,
fitness assessment, nutrition guidelines

Friday Evening-  1 hour “Boot Camp” style exercise Class

Saturday morning- 45 min. Cardio exercise Class
Saturday noon- 1 hour Pilates exercise Class
Saturday night- 1 hour “Boot Camp” style exercise Class

Sunday- Same schedule as Saturday

This is just an example to show what it will look like and give
you an idea of what to expect.  If you think you, or someone
